SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS:

Brow Shaping – $12

This waxing treatment consists of altering the shape of the brow. This is the option for a person who doesn’t like their overall brow shape and wants to create a different arch, or for someone who hasn’t groomed their brows much in the past but would like a good base to start from.

Brow Clean-up – $6

A brow clean up is reserved for clients who already like the general shape of their brows, but would like the strays and vellus hair around the perimeter cleaned up.

Lip Wax – $6

A lip wax will take care of a lady-stache pronto. Because the area can be a sensitive one, hard wax is typically used.

Cheek Wax – $6

A cheek wax takes care of the vellus hair on the outer cheeks that extends into sides of the face below the sideburn area. This service also includes the hair on the outer jawline if needed.

Chin Wax – $6

The chin wax removes the hair directly on the chin as well as on the central jaw area just above the neck.

Full Face Wax – $15

A face wax encompasses all areas included in the lip, cheek, and chin wax as well as the temple/forehead area as needed. For a little more in-depth information about face waxing, read this blog post.

Neck Wax – $10

A neck wax, in spite of what it might sound like, only includes the back of the neck from where the hairline begins to the t-shirt line (where a normal t-shirt’s neckline would start). This service does not include the thin, sensitive front portion of the neck. If having a clean-cut look to the back of your neck is your thing, a neck wax is a good alternative to trimming for men or pixie cut-sporting ladies.

Finger Wax – $5

This service includes both the lower and upper knuckle sections of both hands. Hands aren’t typically waxed in this service because they are included in an arm wax. For most people, it tends to look odd when only the hand is waxed because there is a distinct line of delineation between the hand and arm. However, if you feel you’d be an exception or would like your hand wax included with a finger wax for some other reason, you’re welcome to request it at no extra charge.

Feet & Toes – $5

This service includes the tops of the feet and toes.

Underarm Wax – $15

This service includes the underarms. In order for an underarm wax to be successful, the hair will need to be at least 1/4 inch long.

Arm Wax, Half – $25

Half Arm Wax
Half Arm Wax

A half arm wax includes the hands and forearms up to the elbow. This is a good option for someone who is bothered by thicker, darker hair concentrated on their lower arms.

Arm Wax, Full – $40

Full Arm wax
Full Arm wax

A full arm wax includes the hands and everything included in the Half Arm Wax, plus the outside of the upper arms as far up at the tip of the shoulder as needed.

Leg Wax, Half – $35

A half leg wax includes everything from just above the knee all the way down to the feet and toes. In order for a leg wax to be successful, the hair will need to be at least 1/4 inch long.

Leg Wax, Full – $50

A full leg wax includes everything from the feet and toes to where the legs meet the hips and torso. In order for a leg wax to be successful, the hair will need to be at least 1/4 inch long.

Stomach/Happy Trail Wax – $10

This service includes the contained, vertical strip of hair between the belly button and where the larger triangle of the pubic hair begins.

Bikini – $30

My bikini, and extended bikini services are priced the same. A regular bikini wax includes the happy trail and the area surrounding what a normal bikini bottom would cover. An extended bikini will take the dimensions of a normal bikini wax in about 1/2 to 1/4 inch to give you a little more leeway with the cut of your undergarments or swimsuit bottom. Please note that I don’t use disposable paper underwear during the service.

Brazilian – $45

A brazilian includes all of the areas waxed in a bikini wax, plus the labia majora and, yes, the area around the anus. Also included in this category are the landing strip, the martini glass, and my personal favorite (if only because of the name): the Charlie Chaplin. Feel free to ask to omit any areas you aren’t comfortable having waxed. Please note that I don’t use disposable paper underwear during the service.

Shoulder Wax – $20

This service includes the top, front and back of the shoulder blade area. This service is good for men whose shoulders have irregular patches of hair that bother them.

Full Back Wax – $60

This service encompasses everything already included in the shoulder wax, plus the back down to the waistline of the pants.

Men’s Stomach Wax – $25

This service is for the removal of all-over hair on the front, lower portion of the torso as opposed to the contained strip of a happy trail.

Men’s Chest Wax – $35

This service includes the pectoral area and extends up to the tops of the shoulders. Contrary to what you may have seen in popular media (i.e. The 40-Year-Old Virgin) this does not involve waxing over the nipples. Properly waxing areolae means going around them.

Dramatic Lash Extensions, Full set – $80

wpid-photogrid_1424661476902.jpgIf you’re getting lash extensions for the first time, you’ll be purchasing a full set for your first appointment. The “Dramatic” set is the longest lash appointment I offer (3 1/2 hours) with the most striking results. Keep in mind that eyes need to be completely clear of makeup at the beginning of the appointment as makeup removal cuts into the amount of time I have to actually apply the lashes. Because safety and comfort are paramount to me, I keep multiple eye wash tools on hand. If you’re interested in a little more information about safety concerns of lash extensions, take a look at Lash Extensions Sans Sugarcoat. If you’d like more information about what to expect before, after and during lash extensions, you might want to take a look at What to Know Before Getting Lash Extensions.

Natural Lash Extensions, Full set – $60

If you’re getting lash extensions for the first time, you’ll be purchasing a full set for your first appointment. The “Natural” set is for someone who wants the enhanced look of lash extensions, but who feels the “Dramatic” set is too much for their personal aesthetic. This appointment lasts 2 1/2 hours. Keep in mind that eyes need to be completely clear of makeup at the beginning of the appointment as makeup removal cuts into the amount of time I have to actually apply the lashes. Because safety and comfort are paramount to me, I keep multiple eye wash tools on hand. Lash Extension Refill – $40

For information on promotional pricing, click here.

If you already have extensions and you’re ready for a refill, this is the service you would purchase. A lash refill lasts 1 1/2 hours. Keep in mind that eyes need to be completely clear of makeup at the beginning of the appointment as makeup removal cuts into the amount of time I have to actually apply the lashes. Because safety and comfort are paramount to me, I keep multiple eye wash tools on hand.

Lash Extension Removal – FREE or $50 (details below)

If for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your lashes or decide that they aren’t for you, I’d be happy to remove them. Because this can be somewhat time-consuming and I don’t have any control over another lash extensionist’s work, I only offer this as a free service to clients whose extensions I’ve performed. For my clients, it’s best to schedule an hour. Depending on the issues with another extensionist’s lashes, it could be more or less time consuming. If you’re calling to make an appointment to remove the lashes be prepared to describe the reason for removal, the nature of the issues with them if any, and whether they’re a full set or getting sparse. Because safety and comfort are paramount to me, I keep multiple eye wash tools on hand.

Lash Tint – $15

Lash Tint 2015-01-28For clients with lighter-colored lashes a lash tint is faster and less expensive than lash extensions. A milder version of the same type of dye used in hair coloring is painted onto the upper lashes to darken them. This service only takes about 30 minutes and lasts approximately 2 weeks. Because safety and comfort are paramount to me, I keep multiple eye wash tools on hand.

Brow Tint – $12

This service is a companion to a brow wax for clients who prefer darker brows to the ones they’ve got. A milder version of the same dye used in hair coloring is painted on the brow hairs and left to darken for 10 to 15 minutes. This service lasts about 2 to 3 weeks. Because safety and comfort are paramount to me, I keep multiple eye wash tools on hand.
